Orders sent by U.S. mail must be accompanied by check, money order, or charge card
number, expiration date and signature.

to place your order by email, and you want EXPRESS SERVICE YOU MUST use our "SHOPPING
CART ORDERING SYSTEM".
If you place your email order ANY other way beside this, you MAY experience delays
or other customer service problems. Please help us help you by using our "SHOPPING
CART ORDERING SYSTEM" whenever possible. If you don't have web access, we can still
process your email order efficiently and ship it to you quickly if you follow the
same pattern we use on the order forms we provide with each mail order catalog.
If you choose to order by phone using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express,
be sure you call our CHARGE CARD ORDERS ONLY Line: (734)-439-7029 during are regular
business hours (Monday- Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST), not our Customer Service
Voice Mail Line (734) 480-7898, because if you call the wrong number you will not
get a live person!
If you choose to order by U.S. mail, but do not have one of our printed mail order
catalogs that has a blank order form in the middle, you can print an order form
yourself by back spacing to the 'Placing an Order by U.S.' heading in the Customer
Service section and click 'Print One'.
State quantity, artist, title, format (CAS), (CD), (Video), or (LP) and the price
of each item. Customers who do not record this info clearly and accurately WILL
experience significant delays in processing their orders.
Give us your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number and Expiration
Date. There is no need to be concerned about transmitting such sensitive info by
email. Our server has awesome safeguards against intruders, and no customer has
ever experienced a problem when they have done so.
We accept phone orders Monday- Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. If we are unable
to take your call, or if you call outside these hours, your call will automatically
be forwarded to our voice mail system.
If we miss your call during our normal phone hours, we will call you back to take
your order. Please let us know what day and times are best for you, understanding
that we can only return such calls during our normal business hours. If you try
to place a phone order outside our normal phone hours, but you do not wish to leave
your order on our voice mail, you may try to reach us again another day during our
normal business hours.
If you have more than 10 items we recommend that you mail the order to avoid confusion
and delays (which results in errors filling your order).
Please choose your shipping method after looking at the chart below, then record
the dollar amount, and add it to the sub-total of your order.
Please keep in mind the $25.00 minimum order requirement
(before shipping and handling) for all orders from North American customers, and
$50.00 (before shipping and handling) on all orders from International customers.
If you cooperate in following these guidelines,we can accurately and efficiently
process your orders, and you will receive them sooner!

All orders are automatically insured against loss or damage. Expect 4th Class to
take 1 to 2 weeks, UPS to take 2 to 6 days, and 1st Class Mail to take 3 to 5 days
from WHEN we ship your order (within 72 hours of actually GETTING it). *UPS orders
cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, etc...). All
box sets count as 2 items.

In addition to the option of using VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS, Canadian customers may write personal checks if and only if drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Otherwise please remit with a draft or postal money order in U.S. dollars.
Canadian customers must add 15% to 1st Class Mail shipping costs listed above for U.S. customers.
For larger orders (16+ items) to Canada we must determine shipping costs on a case by case basis, but these heavier orders MUST be sent at the "air parcel post" rate. Email us for postage amount.
We only ship air parcel post (over 4 pounds) and air small packet (less than 4 pounds) to Canada, because experience indicates that cheaper shipping methods are unreliable.
From now on we must declare the value of your package at the actual sub-total before shipping, not low or zero (i.e. free). No exceptions.
All non-North American customers should click here for special instructions for shipping orders outside the U.S.A. The minimum
order requirement for overseas orders is $50.00 (before shipping and handling).
No charge card? Email us your order. We'll prepare it, quote a total price including
freight by return e-mail, and ship your order when we receive payment.
