We've done everything possible to maintain a simple and enjoyable shopping environment at RadRockers.com. Navigation of the site is easily done from several portals, adding items to your cart is hassle free, and checking out is now easier.

Navigating Through the Inventory
Item listings are first categorized by the first letter of the band name or the last name of the artist of the recording, then by the title itself. To search through our stock, click the category links to go to the section you want to browse (budget, closeouts, etc.) and you can view 10 items at a time.

Adding Items to Your Cart
Each item listing contains the item title, artist/band, price, condition, style, category, availability (in stock or out of stock status) and price. To add an item to your cart, choose your quantity, then click the "Add to cart" button to the right to add the item to your cart.

Detail Pages
If you select the link for more information about an item in it's issue listing, you'll be taken to the detail page for that item. The detail page contains information regarding that issue such as condition, tracks, and description. We are adding more and more pictures and recording details daily.

Wish List
Adding an item to your wish list, either from the detail page or in the issue listings, places the selected item(s) in your personal wish list where they will remain until you remove them. You may view your wish list from Your Account menu, and move items to your regular cart or delete them at any time. Adding an item to your wish list does not remove the item from availability...if there is only one in stock and it's in your wish list cart, other shoppers are still able to purchase that item.

Your Cart
Your shopping cart contains the basic information of the contents. You can also modify quantites, delete an item, or move an item to your wish list. Clicking the item name will show a detail page for that item. You may leave the site and return and your items will remain in the cart, but all cart contents will expire after 24 hours. If you're done shopping, you can continue to checkout, if not, you may continue to shop.

Checking Out
If you're logged in and have chosen Checkout from the bottom of your cart page, you will be taken to your cart confirmation where you can view the contents of your cart and continue the transaction (if you aren't logged in, you'll be asked to do, asked to create and account, or continue without creating an account). You'll also be given a full detail of your totals. International customers may select a shipping option, either economy or airmail post (final charges will be emailed to International customers). You may also send us a message with your order. After you have reviewed the contents of your cart, click the Continue button to move to the payment information screen.

Entering Payment Information
The payment information page is housed on a SECURE server with 128-bit encyption. The first things you'll notice are your order total, International shipping method (if any) and the text of your message to us (if any). There are several payment options, including:

Credit Card - enter your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express information. If the system returns you to the same screen after you have submitted your order, please check for errors and then try your entry again.

Our standard method of shipping orders in the domestic United States is United Parcel Service or UPS. All orders are insured to arrive safely.

International Shipping
International customers are encouraged to select a preferred shipping method at checkout, whether Economy (cheaper) or Airmail (faster). Please list your selection in the comments/special instructions section at checkout.

What To Do If You Haven't Received Your Order
If you've placed your order and received your confirmation email, your package is scheduled to ship within 48-72 hours (holiday & summer festivals will be the exceptions). You can check your order status by logging into your account and going to your Order Status/History page. If your order has been shipped, your order status will note that. If you've ordered within 5 days and your order status still shows the "your order is being filled" message, it could mean that either,
  1. we haven't updated your shipping status
  2. there may be a delay with your order
If this applies to your order, please email us at customer.service@radrockers.com for more information. What if your package has been shipped and a reasonable delivery time has passed and you still haven't receive your order? Normal USPS & UPS delivery times run from 4-7 days, but that is not guaranteed and may be affected by holiday or inclement weather. We insure all orders to arrive safely. International delivery times vary depending on service selected. Expect from 1 to 2 weeks for Airmail & 2 to 4 weeks for Economy. If you feel a reasonable time has passed for your order to be delivered and you still haven't received your package, email us at customer.service@radrockers.com
