Flowers In the Rain, Mad At the World's second album, was released on Frontline Records in 1988, establishing them as a keyboard-driven new wave band that had perfected the Euro-flavored dance/synth/ pop of their self-titled debut released the year before, e.g. imagine a sanctified Depeche Mode. In 1991 Frontline released their fourth album, Boomerang, on their Alarma label. Continuing the radical shift in sound evidenced on Seasons Of Love, their third album, Roger and Randy Rose kept ignoring the keyboards and added all the elements of loud, classic rock and roll, musically akin to The Cult. In so doing they avoided being labeled a metal band, while creating their own niche by being more creative than most hard rock bands of their day. In 1998 KMG Records reissued these two albums on a 2 CD Set. Rad Rockers went to considerable trouble and expense early in 2005 to buy all the remaining copies before it went out of print. Disc 1 TT: 49:33 'Fearfully and Wonderfully,' 'Flowers In the Rain,' 'Why,' 'Puppet Strings,' 'No Mistakes,' 'Wait,' 'I Don't Wanna Go There,' 'Faith Is A Perfect Road,' 'In My Dream,' 'Lovelight In the Moonlight,' 'This Lie' and Dancing On Your Grave' from Flowers In the Rain + Disc 2 TT: 36:43 'House Of Sin,' 'If You Listen,' 'Back To You,' 'Don't Give Up,' 'Ballad Of Adam and Eve,' 'Sunday,' 'Draggin' the Chains,' 'All These Questions,' 'Isn't Sex A Wonderful Thing' and 'No More Innocence (Reprise)' from Boomerang.
