Email and phone orders are processed faster than orders received by U.S. mail, but only orders placed using our website shopping cart ordering system or by email will be notified of the following:

  1. The total amount your card was charged.
  2. The method and date your order shipped so that you can anticipate its time of arrival.
  3. If an item you ordered cannot be shipped for any reason, requiring us to backorder it and ship and bill it later, or cancel it from your order f we have your current email address on file!
  4. Having your current email address on file will also enable us to send broadcast email updates every week about special deals and hot new titles!

About Our Website and Server
We update our web files at every practical opportunity so that we can delete sold out items we can no longer obtain, letting you know what items are out of stock, back in stock or not yet in stock, etc...

About Our Mail Order Catalog
We revise our 72 page mail order catalog every six months. To get and stay on our mailing list, North American customers must place an order at least once a year.

These two yearly catalogs are bulk mailed late in April and October. The idea is for the new one to arrive shortly after the previous one has expired.

Please do not order from an expired catalog, since inventory and prices may change. Feel free to contact us if you haven't received a catalog as you expected and we'll let you know why. You can always get back on the mailing list by placing an order from our website. We will add the current catalog to your order.

If you move, but don't tell us, the next catalog we send will not be forwarded by the post office. They will charge us $.50 to tell us where you went (but only if you gave the local postmaster your forwarding address). If you did, we MAY decide to send another one first class mail to your new address. If you didn't, you won't receive another catalog until the next time you order.

The cost to air mail catalogs beyond North America is very high, so we send them to those who have ordered during the previous four months. However, the first time a new International customer order is received we include the current catalog with the order.

We use the top line of your mailing label to indicate the last date you placed an order, as well as any credits or debits you currently have. Check the label on anything you receive from us by U.S. mail to be reminded of this. For more info about this see Page 2 of our mail order catalog.

Our Inventory
We STOCK a wide selection of CDs on small, independent, underground U.S. labels that mostly are not available from most stores, as well as the finest imports from all over the world. We also feature brief descriptive blurbs of "out of print" U.S. releases that we purchased in bulk to extend their availability. All of these items are brand new, never played.

In most cases we do not simply LIST them, then order them from our suppliers the way other website-oriented mail order companies do. We actually STOCK them in depth, and rarely run out of inventory. On the rare occasion when we do, we update our website to specifically state that we are temporarily out of stock. When the item comes back into inventory, we update the status on our website.

We also offer the largest and best selection of hard-to-find and "out of print" Contemporary Christian Music collectibles, the vast majority at amazingly low prices.

Choose from thousands of older tunes now in stock, most well below half the original retail price! Many of these are now hard to find even in the best stocked Christian retail stores. Search and see! We stock tomorrow's rare collectibles at today's bargain prices.

We also have a slowly diminishing selection of hard-to-find "Onesies." We call them "Onesies" because with the vast majority of these items we have only one copy left. For these reasons we never put "Onesies" in our printed mail order catalogs. Whenever we sell our last copy of anything listed in this section of our website, we delete it as soon as we can to avoid obvious problems. So if you are a serious CCM enthusiast, but you don't visit our website frequently, you will never know what you've missed!

Some "Onesies" are new, others are used. There is a column in the data base that specifies this, as well as a blurb that confirms this. Be sure you know what you are ordering before you add it to your shopping cart

Don't see what you're looking for listed at our website? We don't have it! We do NOT offer a search service. Everything we have in stock is listed for sale on our website.

  • If you place an order that qualified for "freebies," but forgot to add them to your order, we will not ship them separately later, nor will we send them with your next order.

  • For orders (before shipping) totalling $100.00 or more choose 2 free CDs or 8 free Cassettes or 2 free Videos.
  • For orders (before shipping) totalling $150.00 or more choose 3 free CDs or 12 free cassettes or 3 free Videos.
  • Etc, Etc, Etc. (you get the idea)

You free spirits out there are welcome to make up your own combos. For example, for a $150.00 order (before shipping) you can choose 1 free $2.00 CD, 4 free $2.00 cassettes and 1 free $2.00 video.

You can select freebies during the checkout process and add them to your cart. Freebies will appear as items in your cart with a price of $0.00! Email confirmations do not always show freebies however, rest assured that we did get them and so will you.

When mailing in your order we ask that you write down your freebies on the mail order form and write "NC" (no charge) next to them instead of their price.

Credits / Refunds
We rarely run out of anything except "Onesies" & 'Going, Going, Gone" items, because we stock verrrry deep.

If we run out of an item from a credit card order priced $12.00 or more, we will place this item on 'backorder status' and bill & ship the balance of your order as soon as the items back in stock (with no additional postage charge).

If we run out of a item from a credit card order priced less than $12.00, we will cancel the item and ask for your to re-order it with your next order.

If you would like to pay a past debit or use a past credit towards your next credit card order using our shopping card ordering system,

there is a place on our shopping cart order form to do so. Simply list the credit or debit amount in the "Comments" section.

If we run out of an item from a check or MO order we will cash your check or money order if we are confident we can ship the missing item within six weeks, in which case you'll be sent a backorder notice with the rest of your order.

If we run out of a item priced less than $12.00, we will give you a credit. You may use these credits on future orders, as long as the usual $25.00 minimum order requirement is observed. There is also a space on our order forms for these credits to be deducted.

Problem with Your Order?
We normally fill orders and ship them within 72 hours of receiving them., i.e. three business days. Orders are double checked for accuracy and packed carefully. We know you want your order to be filled correctly and to arrive undamaged ASAP. If we make a mistake when picking, packing and shipping your order, contact us about the problem. We'll fix it. Pronto. Returned defective items will be replaced free, but no credits, refunds or substitutions. We even go the extra mile to solve customer service problems with return postage credits, free product, etc. Except for mis-shipped or defective items, returns are not allowed without prior permission and are subject to our approval on a case by case basis (and this may include a restocking fee). All return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Music Comparison Chart
Once upon a time Rad Rockers created an "edu-tainment" tool called the "Music Comparison Chart."

Its purpose was to help our customers learn more about the musical styles of artists whose music was no longer easily available, especially since many of their recordings are now hard to find, but Rad Rockers still stocks many of these out of print classics at very low prices!

That's the good news. The bad news is that we have determined that it is not cost-effective to revise it. Feel free to glean what you can from it, recognizing that it is now dated. Moving?
Please notify us (or at least your local postmaster) ASAP when you move. If you don't your catalogs will be mailed to your old address and will not be forwarded to you.

Wheeling & Dealing
Rad Rockers DOES buy contemporary Christian music collections, but there are several important factors that determine our level of interest.

  1. All offers must be made in writing (email or letter). We do NOT wheel and deal over the phone, except at the beginning stages in exceptional circumstances, e.g. a large, old CCM collection being liquidated by the executors of an estate who want to make first contact with us by phone. In such exceptional cases, we may offer to travel to where the collection is being warehoused to appraise it and make an offer.
  2. The larger the transaction the better. We tend to avoid small acqusitions, and tend to favor larger ones. If you want to sell or trade 50 used CDs or less, please contact other dealers.
  3. We're mostly interested in CDs. We have very little interest in vinyl or videos, and absolutely no interest in cassettes.
  4. It's hard to make a decision unless we know exactly what we're being asked to buy or trade for. The more specific and detailed the info provided, the greater our level of interest. Specificity is crucial to our taking time to evaluate a proposal. Make us an offer, not a vague one.
  5. Condition is crucial, so we must be able to evaluate the condition of the used products we're being asked to buy before we can make any final offers.
  6. We must receive the inventory before we will make any payments. If there are discrepancies between what we we're offered and what we actually received, or condition is poor, payment may be diminished.
  7. We do not wheel and deal at festivals. We invest a lot of time and energy to sell what we bring to them, and this is a distraction from our mission.
  8. Some used CDs that you may consider scarce are of little value to us because we have multiple still sealed copies as a result of our aggressive speculative buying over the years. Perhaps other dealers can use them, but when we have sealed copies we don't want used copies.
  9. Only a very small per centage of the vinyl LPs pressed in the history of CCM have collectible value. Condition is also critical. The few collectors still avidly buying vinyl LPs want them in excellent condition. It is hard to sell otherwise attractive records if they and/or the LP jackets are worn, except at prices so low that we cannot afford to list them on our website or take them to festivals. We do not know of any reputable dealers who are actively seeking vinyl recordings.

Services Rad Rockers does NOT provide!
We do not have a store that customers can visit and shop in. In fact we are forbidden by the city officials of our small town from selling product directly to customers from this location due to local zoning ordinances.

We do not offer a search service. If you don't see it in our mail order catalog or at our website we don't have it and cannot help you get it.

We do not provide additional product info by phone one-on-one. The product info in our mail order catalog and at our website is all that is available.

We receive dozens of contacts each week from people anxious for us to answer every question imaginable, then asking for us to call them back. We do not return phone calls but we will try to answer your questions (when time allows) if submitted by email.

Want a faster response from us about anything? Email us. However, we can't email catalogs to you. These must be sent by U.S. mail.

We do not sell most of our tunes to other dealers at wholesale, however we do offer lots of our least expensive bargain items in bulk at volume discounts. Dealer inquiries are welcome. We will email you a printed listing that is updated frequently showing what we can offer, prices and terms. We can also mail a printed listing if you are unable to accept email attachment files.

We do not appraise the value of other peoples' collectibles. Please do not contact us wanting to know "what something is worth." Since we're no longer acquiring "used onesies," we have no motive or incentive to respond to such inquiries.

Unsolicited samples and demos of indie CDs will be considered for distribution, but will not be returned. Since we are not A&R guys at a record label, we do not give bands "feedback" on these unsolicited samples.

We hope you'll continue to support us, even when our minimum order requirement and inability to give more personalized service is sometimes frustrating. We're confident that we're meeting the needs of CCM enthusiasts looking for hard-to-find tunes more effectively than ANY other company in the world. Note to Fellow Retailers
We send complementary catalogs to all Christian retail stores who request them. Feel free to give your customers searching in vain for hard to find CCM our email and website address.

We do not stock any print/choral music or solo trax. Don't forget, there's a reason our company is named "Rad Rockers," in other words we stock mostly radical CCM recordings, not southern gospel, inspirational, black gospel, etc... Save your customers and us a lot of time and trouble by referring them to other dealers if they want these styles of music.
